I love to eat. I love to eat well. “Well” means organic—and pesticide free—whenever possible, fresh and raw whenever possible, and balanced.
Along my travels I’ve found great resources for preparing foods and a lot of nutritional tidbits about food that I am happy to share. So many people have shared with me and I’m passing it forward. Preferably on a beautiful plate or bowl, set at an uncluttered table with flowers and candles.
